Evan Niekamp is the Executive Chef in Rembrandt's. 

Evan is a Red Seal Chef with many years of experience in various kitchens throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Evan has designed exquisite menus in many of the restaurants he has worked in and continues to share his love of food within the Hotel Senator. 

Evan joined our team at the end of June in 2011 and has developed new and outstanding menus to better serve our clientele. 

Evan's team creates meals for both the fine dining restaurant Rembrandt's, as well as Winstons English Pub & Grill.
